About the Project
SellerFuse is an Amazon-focused platform designed to help agencies manage advertising campaigns, inventory data, and performance insights in one place.
As agencies scale, managing multiple client accounts across Amazon Ads, SP API, and spreadsheets becomes complex and inefficient. SellerFuse addresses this by providing a centralized system that combines data engineering, automation, and analytics.
Techesthete partnered with SellerFuse to build a scalable platform that transforms fragmented data into actionable insights, enabling faster decision-making, improved campaign performance, and reduced operational overhead.
Challenge
Amazon advertising data is highly fragmented and difficult to manage at scale. Agencies faced:

Built a centralized pipeline to extract, clean, and unify data from Amazon SP API and Ads API.

Developed real-time dashboards for tracking ACOS, ROAS, campaign performance, and inventory health.
• Automation Engine
Implemented automation for bid optimization, budget adjustments, and dayparting strategies.
• Inventory-Aware Optimization
