About the Project

DigitalTolk is a digital platform designed to simplify and accelerate interpreter booking for organizations that operate in multilingual environments. The platform allows users to instantly connect with certified interpreters through phone, video, or in-person sessions.

The system focuses on eliminating manual coordination by introducing automated interpreter matching, real-time availability tracking, and a user-friendly interface. It is widely used in critical sectors such as healthcare and legal services, where fast and accurate communication is essential.

The goal was to build a scalable, efficient, and intuitive solution that reduces delays, improves communication quality, and enhances overall user experience.

A multi-source ETL pipeline that pulls data from every marketplace, cleans it, stores it in a central datalake, and feeds it into BI tools for real-time visibility and automated decision-making.
From user request to interpreter connection, the system automates matching, availability checks, and session setup in real-time to ensure fast and seamless communication.
