NextLevel is a real‑estate fintech platform designed to simplify the home‑buying journey by connecting home buyers, mortgage advisors, and buying agents within a single ecosystem.

The platform enables users to check mortgage eligibility, choose different types of buying agents, manage property portfolios, and track the progress of their application in real time. It also supports partner agencies through white‑label solutions, allowing companies to use the platform with their own branding and structure.

By centralizing workflows and improving collaboration between stakeholders, NextLevel reduces complexity and creates a more transparent and efficient experience for users.

Challenge

The home‑buying process is highly fragmented and involves multiple stakeholders, including buyers, mortgage advisors, and buying agents.

  • Lack of transparency in mortgage progress
  • Complex coordination between agents and advisors
  • Multiple types of buying agents with different workflows
  • No centralized system for managing documents and communication

This resulted in inefficiencies, delays, and a poor user experience.

What we did

Designed a centralized digital platform to streamline the entire home‑buying process.

Our approach focused on:

  • End‑to‑end user journey design from eligibility to property purchase
  • Three‑type buying agent system (NextLevel, Partner Agencies, External Agents)
  • Role‑based dashboards for buyers, agents, and advisors
  • White‑label system for partner companies
  • Progress tracking system for transparency

The platform was built to simplify workflows while supporting complex real‑world scenarios.

Defined the product structure by mapping the complete user journey, from onboarding and eligibility checks to agent selection and mortgage processing.
Designed and refined user interfaces through iterative wireframing and visual design, ensuring clarity, usability, and scalability across different user roles.
